End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Rë Nú Wellness Center (“Company”) for the use of the Rë Nú Wellness Center Service (“Service”).
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.
2. User License & Content
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Data Collection & GDPR Compliance
The User acknowledges and agrees that Rë Nú Wellness Center may collect and process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Service may collect data such as usage statistics, and user interactions for the purpose of improving functionality and user experience. We will only collect and process personal data when necessary and will ensure the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rë Nú Wellness Center and protected by intellectual property laws. The User may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rë Nú Wellness Center disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rë Nú Wellness Center, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from your use of the Service, unauthorized access to your data, or any content posted by third parties.
7. Additional Legal Terms
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rë Nú Wellness Center from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.
Termination
Rë Nú Wellness Center reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s access to the Service at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Prohibited Uses
Apps/Services with user-generated content used explicitly for pornographic content, objectification, physical threats, or bullying are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
